About East Adelaide Crash

East Adelaide Tow & Crash (EATC) was established in 2020 by husband and wife duo, Tim and Kirsty Felice, as an ambitious dream to combine their skills and passion into a family business.

Tims love for cars is generational and he grew up working – and eventually managing – his parents crash repair business. From a young age, Tim was working on all aspects of vehicle body work, learning the knowledge and skills required to perform complete, safe and quality repairs. As a result, he brings with him over 15 years of crash repair experience, industry knowledge and hands-on expertise.

Kirsty is a qualified architect, with an unerring eye for detail and design. To Kirsty, the execution of a project is paramount and there is no detail too minor.  With experience managing both residential and commercial high value projects, she is well-equipped to ensure a streamlined and stress-free process for EATC customers.

Their (almost) 2-year-old son Bobbie enjoys trying to copy everything his dad does in the workshop and is happiest when he’s on a set of wheels.

Combined, the Felice’s pride themselves on their shared values in order to exceed customer expectation and maintain their reputation as a high standard repair business. As an up-and-coming crash repairer, they look forward to turning your stressful experience into a positive one.

East Adelaide Crash Team

At EATC we actively train our staff and invest in the latest equipment to ensure we are able to meet manufacturers ever-changing specifications and good practice guidelines.

We never compromise on quality and offer a lifetime guarantee on all repairs and paint.

Our workshop is equipped with the latest and most advanced technology, including computerized body alignment systems, as well as the highest quality paint technology available today, in both materials and facilities (SIKKENS).

All repairs are carried out to manufacture specifications, using factory procedures. Every repair we undertake is recorded and kept by us so you will always have evidence of work completed should you ever need it.

EATCs vision is that every person in the collision repair industry has the information, knowledge and skills required to perform complete, safe and quality repairs, for the ultimate benefit of the consumer. In the crash repair industry, ongoing training outside of the basic trade qualifications is uncommon.  EATC believe that considerable investment into staff training is essential in complying with manufacturer guidelines and meeting the needs of the consumer.
